With a mission to provide the standard for cancer information and education as a partner in the cancer treatment journey, the Cancer Edu-Info Center systematically organizes the comprehensive cancer resources of SNU Cancer Hospital and develops relevant educational programs. By offering the information tailored to each patient and family, we aim to enhance treatment outcomes and improve quality of life for cancer patients.

1. Personalized Counseling for Cancer Patients
To enhance the quality of life for cancer patients, the Cancer Edu-Info Center offers health information and personalized counseling programs throughout the entire cancer treatment journey. All consultations are free of charge. Patients who participate in these health management programs—before, during, and after treatment—can also regularly receive body shape analysis services using a body shape analyzer. Please note that these services are only available to participants of the health management program.
■ Cancer Program Information
The Cancer Edu-Info Center offers counseling program information on disease, educational programs, providing and accessing cancer information materials, health management before/during/after cancer treatment, long-term health care, symptom management, nutrition, hospital-related, and so on.
■ Health Management Programs
The Cancer Edu-Info Center offers comprehensive health management programs for patients before, during, and after cancer treatment. These programs include booklets and healthy life planners to help them monitor and manage their health. Patients par ticipating in the health management programs also have access to a body shape analyzer, an exercise program, and lifestyle improvement coaching. Regular engagement with these programs will help them stay on track throughout their cancer treatment journey.
2. Cancer Information Content
The Cancer Edu-Info Center collaborates with various centers and departments at SNU Cancer Hospital to develop and manage cancer information content. Customized, comprehensive care is provided based on reliable information from clinical experts.

The Cancer Edu-Info Center offers a variety of information on cancer treatment through 41 leaflets on medical information categorized by cancer type, 24 leaflets on cancer treatment management, 10 leaflets on cancer treatment, and 52 leaflets in English.

■ KakaoTalk Channel
The Cancer Edu-Info Center shares education program schedules, card news, newsletters, events, and the latest cancer information through its KakaoTalk channel. Additionally, it provides an online reservation service for educational programs via 1:1 chat. To book an educational program, search for ‘SNUCancerHospital Cancer Edu-Info Center’in the KakaoTalk friend search or add the channel using the QR code below. You can then make a reservation via 1:1 chat(name, registration number, and contact information are required).
■ YouTube Channel
The Cancer Edu-Info Center’s YouTube channel offers real time streaming of online educational programs and cancer-related videos from SNU Hospital. Introductory videos for the various educational programs offered by the Cancer Edu-Info Center are also available.
■ Cancer Information Curation
The Cancer Edu-Info Center provides quarterly curated cancer information content for cancer patients and their families. Covering various topics such as cancer treatment and management, this curated information is accessible through multiple media platforms.
■ Open Studio Class
As a platform for communication between cancer patients and medical staff, the Cancer Edu-Info Center offers simultaneous online and offline courses on various cancer-related topics. These open lectures are posted monthly on the Cancer Edu-Info Center's KakaoTalk channel. Advance reservations are required for online participation.
■ Multimedia Zone
The Cancer Edu-Info Center's Multimedia Zone offers a variety of cancer information videos produced by the center in multiple media formats. PCs are also available for searching cancer information.

■ How to participate in Educational Programs
▶ Participatory Educational Programs: These are held in-person only in the education room on the B1 floor of the Cancer Hospital and are limited to the first 10 registrants.
▶ Lecture-based Programs: These programs are available both online and in-person. Please indicate your preference for online or in-person participation when booking.
▶ For online participation, pre-registered participants will receive a YouTube link(URL) via text to watch the lecture. The online lectures are conducted via real time streaming on YouTube, with a live chat available for questions and answers.
Volunteer Activities and Patient Support Groups
The Cancer Edu-Info Center supports patients in forming self-help groups and provides dedicated spaces for these groups. Additionally, the center operates volunteer groups composed of cancer survivors who help current patients find meaning in life and cope with cancer treatment.
