Welcome to the Division of Rheumatology at Seoul National University Hospital.
Clinicians and researchers in the Division of Rheumatology are fully dedicated to providing the best possible care to patients with diverse autoimmune and inflammatory diseases that primarily affect connective tissues throughout the body, including the skin and musculoskeletal system, encompassing bones, muscles, tendon, and joints.
Our clinicians evaluate and treat all types of arthritis, including rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, psoriatic arthritis, gout, and osteoarthritis, connective tissue diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus, systemic sclerosis, inflammatory muscle diseases, and more and rare or complex autoimmune conditions (including fever(inflammation) of unknown origin, unusual vasculitis cases), among others.
As a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and researchers, we pursue excellence in patient care, teaching, and cutting-edge researches by fostering an environment of respect and compassion to our patients, students, house staff, and colleagues, striving to uphold the highest standards in all facets of our work.
