- E.Certificate of physical examination
※When applying for short-term training (Less than 90 days),
you do not need to submit B, C, and D. |

The education fee is decided in either for following options:
- Between the trainee and SNUH
- Between the hospital he/she belongs to and SNUH
(May require a contract or agreement among hospitals)
