We have 2 kinds of Employment Health Examination (for E2 visa) as you can see below.
※ If it is not for E2 visa and you need to get other tests, please send us a specific form from your company/school
via e-mail (international@snuh.org).
After checking the form, we will let you know if it is possible to get here.

Blood Test
- Hemoglobin
- SGOT/SGPT (Liver Function Test), FBS (Fasting Blood Sugar)
- VDRL-qal.(Venereal Disease Research Laboratory) for syphilis.
- Drug screening tests (Cocaine, Opiates, Cannabinoid, Methoxyphenamine)
- HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus)
Chest x-ray
Urine Test (Urinalysis & microscopy)
Physical Examination
Consultation, Height/Weight/BloodPressure, A test of vision-corrected,
Simple Hearing Test and A color-blindness test.
- You must be fasting for 12hrs*
- You must bring your ARC card or Passport*
- You must bring 2 ID photos |
