If my visa application is rejected, will the deposit paid for visa-related documents be refunded? How long does the refund process take?
Yes. If your visa application is denied, the full amount of the deposit paid will be refunded.
Please note that any bank transfer fees or remittance charges incurred during the refund process
may be deducted from the refunded amount, depending on the overseas remittance process.
The refund process may take up to approximately one month from the time the refund request is initiated.

Does the hospital issue visa documents (such as an invitation letter) for patients?
We can issue an “Appointment Confirmation Letter” free of charge for patients who have a scheduled
consultation at Seoul National University Hospital.
If you require additional documents related to your visa application, we can issue the necessary documents
after receiving a deposit of 10,000,000 KRW.
Please note that the required documents for visa application may vary depending on the type of visa.
