The department diagnoses and treats mainly pediatric eye patients who were referred to us for specialist eye treatment by other secondary and tertiary medical organizations. We also are carrying out a study projects to facilitate the progress of correct visual acuity for children. We have implemented specialized medical services related to strabismus, optic nerve diseases, retinopathy of prematurity, congenital anomaly and oculoplasty. In our outpatient section, 4 professors and 4 residents provide medical service from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The work hours are from 09:00 to 12:00 in the morning and from 1:30 to 4:00 in the afternoon. The 4 professors routinely provide specialized medical services in diseases in their specific charge.
