The Department of Orthopedic Surgery at Seoul National University Hospital has been exceeding projections in the fields of education, research, and treatment. This past year continued to be a year of significant growth in a clinical mission that produced 10 Anatomy seminars, 13 basic Orthopedic science seminars, 10 Fracture seminars, and 10 Alumni Case Conferences. Furthermore, 1 doctor and 7 specialists graduated, and we also published 36 papers in domestic scientific journals, and 7 papers in international scientific journals. This Section puts every effort into investigating and providing special expertise in hip surgery, pediatric orthopedics, hand and foot surgery, knee surgery, orthopedic oncology, and spinal surgery. We also maintain a Gait Analysis Laboratory, a Vascular Lab, and a Bone Bank.
